Average Grain Price (GKP) at Farmer Level rose 0.90 Percent

Abstract

During August 2017, the Grain Producer Price Survey recorded 24 observations. Observations were dominated by the quality grain group of Harvested Dry Grain (GKP). There were no quality grain groups found, Milled Dry Grain (GKG) and low quality.

The highest price for grain at the farmer level reached Rp. 5,100.00 per kg for GKP quality grain with the Ciherang variety found in Ambarawa District, Pringsewu Regency. The lowest grain price reached Rp. 4,000.00 per kg for GKP quality grain, namely the IR64 variety, found in Penengahan District, South Lampung Regency. This price is above the Government Purchase Price (HPP), which is Rp. 3,700.00 per kg.
