Abstract

  • There was an increase in the number of Agricultural Business Households and a decrease in the number of Individual Farm Businesses  as a result of the 2023 Agricultural Census compared to the 2013 Agricultural Census results in Lampung Province.
  • The number of agricultural businesses resulting from ST2023 in Lampung is 1,372,352 units consisting of 1,371,783 Individual Agricultural Businesses, 216 Legalized Agricultural Companies, and 353 Other Agricultural Businesses.
  • The number of millennial farmers aged 19-39 years is 337,487 people, or around 25.18 percent of farmers in Lampung Province.
  • The number of Urban Farming Individual Farming Businesses in Lampung Province is 363 units.
  • The top ten commodities cultivated by individual farm enterprises are: cassava, inbred rice paddy, beef goat, common chicken, beef cattle, coffee, rubber, hybrid rice paddy, hybrid corn, and coconut.
