Development of Room Occupancy Rates in Star-rated Hotels in Lampung Province November 2022

Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in Lampung Province in November 2022 was recorded at 56.98 percent, down 4.80 points compared to the TPK for hotels in October 2022 which was recorded at 61.78 percent. When compared to the same month in 2021, the ROR for star hotels fell by 1.28 points.
The number of guests during November 2022 staying at star-rated hotels reached 69,419 people, consisting of 251 foreign guests and 69,168 domestic guests. This condition has decreased by 3,555 people (4.87 percent) compared to October 2022 which recorded 72,974 people.
The average guest length of stay (RLMT) at star-rated hotels in Lampung Province in November 2022 was recorded at 1.58 days, down 0.02 days compared to star-rated hotel RLMT in October 2022 which was recorded at 1.60 days.
