Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung during October 2018 reached 67.29%, up 12.27 points compared to September 2018 which was recorded at 55.02%. The ROR for other accommodation in October 2018 was recorded at 31.87%, down 3.95 points compared to September 2018 which was recorded at 35.82%.

The number of guests during October 2018 who stayed at star hotels and other accommodation (combined) reached 66,200 people, consisting of 208 foreign guests and 65,992 domestic guests. This condition has increased by 31,432 people (90.40%) compared to September 2018 which was recorded at 34,768 people.

The average length of stay for guests in October 2018 at star hotels was recorded at 1.72 days, an increase of 0.10 points compared to September 2018, which was 1.62 days. Meanwhile, the average length of stay at hotels/other accommodation during October 2018 was recorded at 1.21 days, a decrease of 0.36 points compared to September 2018 which was 1.57 days.
