Lampung Province Trade Balance, Surpulse US$ 207.04 Million in October 2017

Abstract

The total export value of Lampung Province in October 2017 reached US$392.86 million, an increase of US$92.86 million or 30.95 percent compared to September 2017 exports which were recorded at US$300.00 million. Compared to October 2016, the export value of October 2017, which was recorded at US$ 372.29 million, also increased by US$ 20.57 million or an increase of 5.52 percent.

The five main categories of goods exported by Lampung Province in October 2017 were animal/vegetable fats and oils; fresh coals; coffee, tea, spices; preparations from fruit/vegetables; as well as rubber and rubber goods. The increase in exports from October 2017 to September 2017 occurred in the four main categories of goods, namely coal, up 106.92 percent, fats and animal/vegetable oils up 50.04 percent; rubber and rubber goods rose 21.80 percent; and coffee, tea, spices rose 3.30 percent. Another main category of goods, namely processed fruit/vegetables, experienced a decline of 7.92 percent.
