March 2017, the city of Bandar Lampung deflation of 0.06 percent due to changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 129.13 in February 2017 to 129.05 in March 2017. Two groups of expenditure contributed to deflation in Bandar Lampung, the group foodstuffs contributes deflation of 0.10 percent; and transportation, communication and financial services 0.08 percent. Instead of three groups of expenditure, namely housing, water, electricity, and fuel contributed inflation by 0.09 percent; clothing group by 0.01 percent; and health group 0.02 percent.
