Abstract

The Combined Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) (Star Hotels and Other Accommodation) in April 2013 reached 45.43%, down 2.65% compared to March 2013 which was recorded at 48.08%. TPK for Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung during April 2013 reached 58.53%, up 2.65% compared to March 2013 which was recorded at 55.88%. ROR for star hotels in April 2013 compared to April 2012 which was recorded at 57.38%, an increase of 1.15%. ROR for other accommodation (other accommodation hotels) throughout April 2013 was 41.31%, down 4.27% compared to March 2013 which was recorded at 45.58%.

Jumlah tamu selama April 2013 yang menginap di hotel bintang dan akomodasi lainnya (gabungan) mencapai 91.241 orang, terdiri dari 2.297 tamu asing dan 88.944 domestik. Kondisi ini mengalami kenaikan 2.211 orang (2,48 %) dibandingkan Maret 2013 yang tercatat 89.030 orang. Jumlah tamu selama April 2013 di hotel berbintang 14.326 orang, yaitu 181 tamu asing dan 14.145 tamu domestik. Jumlah tersebut naik 9,22 % dibandingkan Maret 2013 yang tercatat 13.117 orang. Jumlah tamu selama April 2013 yang menginap di akomodasi lainnya 76.915 orang, terdiri dari 2.116 tamu asing dan 74.799 tamu domestik, naik 1.002 orang atau sekitar 1,32 % dibandingkan Maret 2013 yang tercatat 75.913 orang. Kenaikan jumlah tamu tersebut terjadi pada semua kelompok kamar akomodasi lainnya. Jumlah tamu menginap di akomodasi lainnya April 2013 jika dibandingkan April 2012, mengalami kenaikan 5,76% dari 72.724 orang menjadi 76.915 orang.
