Abstract

September 2011, the city of Bandar Lampung experienced inflation. The foodstuffs group and the education, sports and recreation group make a very large contribution to the formation of inflation in the city of Bandar Lampung. Then followed in succession by the transport, communications and financial services groups; housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel groups; prepared food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco groups; and health groups. Meanwhile, only one group made a negative contribution to inflation in September 2011, namely the clothing group. The increase in prices of various commodities in the six expenditure groups resulted in inflation in Bandar Lampung City of 0.75 percent.
