Survey Explanation:

The 2023 Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey aimed at obtaining consumer perceptions of BPS service quality and data quality, as well as identifying consumer data needs. SKD results are used as evaluation material for improving service quality and the provision of statistical data and information.

Specifically, SKD 2023 aims to:

1. Identify the types of data needed by consumers;

2. Know the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of BPS data and services;

3. Provide recommendations for service improvement in the PST unit in each BPS work unit throughout Indonesia;

4. Knowing the achievement of BPS Main Performance Indicators (IKU); and

5. Knowing the value of anti-corruption perception towards BPS services.
